Shipping Policy
Bazi is shipped UPS Ground from Denver, Colorado to addresses in the United States. Please note when placing your order that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Preferred Customer- AutoShip Program
Ordering products as a preferred customer on the AutoShip program saves you TIME, and saves you MONEY! AutoShip is a convenient, optional, no-hassle program for customers AND distributors to have Bazi shipped to you automatically on a monthly basis.
By using AutoShip you will automatically receive a discount at checkout-- $30 off when you order a Bazi case (6) bottles, $10 off when you order a Bazi 2-pack, or $2.50 off when you order (1) bottle Bazi. You also receive a break in shipping costs. Your AutoShip order will be processed once each month on or about the day you specify. You get to choose the date of shipment and may cancel your AutoShip order at any time.

*Preferred Customer Savings Requires Autoship 60-Day Purchase Guarantee Product Guarantee/Returns Policy XELR8 offers a 60-day 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping charges) to all new Direct Customers, Preferred Customers, personal retail customers, and Distributors on their initial order. Returns by Direct Customers, Preferred Customers and Distributors – If, for any reason, a new Direct or Preferred Customer or Distributor is dissatisfied with the purchase of any XELR8 product, he or she may, within 60 days of his or her initial order, return that product to the Company for a replacement, exchange or refund of the original purchase price (less shipping and handling costs). This satisfaction guarantee applies only to one’s initial order up to the original value of the initial enrollment pack. Products purchased in addition to the initial enrollment pack may also be returned; however refunds will only be issued for unused, unopened products that are in resalable condition. The Direct or Preferred Customer or Distributor wishing to return XELR8 products pursuant to this guarantee must follow the procedures set forth in Section 7.3 below. After 60 days and/or on all subsequent orders, only unused, unopened products in resalable condition may be returned. Upon receipt of the products, the Company will refund 90% of the original net purchase price (less shipping and handling charges); and the refund will be credited back to the payment account used on the original order (however, if the account is no longer active, or it has been more than 120 days from the original transaction, the refund will be made by check and mailed). The Company shall deduct from the refund any commissions, bonuses, rebates or other associated incentives. 7.3 - Procedures for All Returns The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange: a) All merchandise must be returned by the Distributor or Customer who purchased it directly from XELR8. b) All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number, which is obtained by calling the Customer Service Department. This Return Authorization Number must be written on each carton returned. Orders returned without a Return Authorization Number may be refused. c) The return is accompanied by: i. Clear indication of the Return Authorization Number; ii. A copy of the original dated retail sales receipt; and iii. The unused portion of the product in its original container. d) Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to XELR8 shipping prepaid. XELR8 does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Customer or Distributor. If returned product is not received by the Company's Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer or Distributor to trace the shipment. e) If a Distributor is returning merchandise to XELR8 that was returned to him or her by a personal retail customer, the product must be received by XELR8 within ten (10) days from the date on which the retail customer returned the merchandise to the Distributor, and must be accompanied by the original detailed Sales Receipt (see Section 5.3) AND the refund receipt (proof of refund) signed by the retail customer. No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met. 7.1.2.1 – Resalable Condition – Products shall be deemed "resalable" only if each of the following elements is satisfied:1) they are unopened and unused; 2) packaging and labeling has not been altered or damaged; 3) the product and packaging are in a condition such that it is a commercially reasonable practice within the trade to sell the merchandise at full price; 4) products are returned to XELR8 within one year from the date of purchase; 5) the product expiration date has not elapsed; and 6) the product bears current XELR8 labeling and is not discontinued. Any merchandise that is clearly identified at the time of sale as nonreturnable, discontinued, promotional or seasonal is not considered resalable. Custom Search
